1. Order Cancellations by the Customer

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

  • To cancel your order, please email us at mywesternmuse@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Cancellations After Dispatch

Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
You may still be eligible for a return or exchange after receiving the item — please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.


3. Order Cancellations by MyWesternMuse

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in certain circumstances, such as:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment issues or suspected fraud

  • Delivery restrictions in your area

If we cancel your order, you’ll be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing time.


5. Prepaid & COD Orders

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if canceled before shipment, no payment will be collected.
