1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email that we have received it.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
If your return is not approved (e.g., worn or damaged items), we’ll notify you and send the product back to you.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at mywesternmuse@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We will replace or refund your item at no extra cost.
